Easter Eve Dinner
We joined some friends in their home tonight for an Easter Eve Dinner...crawfish boil! First time I've ever had crawfish and they are some mean lookin creatures! It was so much fun! The food and the company. Tim said this is what they always had on Easter where he grew up, I think in Lousiana!

Yup, Craw fish. The six of us went through 20 pounds of them. As mom noted, it was delightful!
