The girls have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the caymans
at the aquarium. We've seen signs ever since it opened that they would
be getting caymans. And they were finally there! We were so excited.

This is Michael 6 1/2 years ago!  He was just telling me that the is ready for lawn mowing season.  But now I think it is because he wants to use the riding mower!  

Wednesday Wanderings - 1986

Poor kid

For the last 2 days, this has been the only way to get David to go to sleep.  If we are really careful we can transfer him to his bed, but most of the time he just wakes up and screams. So I nurse him and he goes straight to sleep. I've been sitting on the couch for an hour and a half this morning. I'm pretty sure it is just teething? But the first tooth wasn't this bad. Goodness. Any tips? We give him Tylenol and a teething toy you put in the freezer. But he just screams hysterically.

Ava loves to roam around outside while we're working.

We found the chocolate cookies at an Amish store nearby,
and Justin was excited to cut the ice cream into rectangles.

She still tries to use the chairs to get on the table, even when they're pushed in.

Ava fell asleep on me while we were at Ikea. The kids chose
IKEA for "Fun Day" because they have a kid area (with
FREE babysitting. What?!) Makes for a "Fun Day" for me, too.
