What are you talking about you ask? Well, on Saturday, November 3, 1972, Lynne Workman "tolerated" a date with Byron Hutchings and was escorted to the to the Bingham High School Coronation Ball. I guess the events of the evening probably deserve an extended grandpa story, so we will share only a few. We were to have doubled with Uncle Roger (a story all it's own) but given a severe family fued he could not go. I was certain I would have to cancel but a dispensation was granted and we had our first date.
How grateful I am for that evening.
